The Behavioral Health Quality Improvement and Outcomes Specialist responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining procedural and evaluation systems that monitors the quality of client care using federal, state and local regulations governing quality assurance to ensure department compliance and service excellence. This individual, in collaboration with others across the organization, is responsible for organizational analysis and improvement activities to assess outcomes, trends and gaps with the goal to improve client and agency performance outcomes and satisfaction rates.
This position is part of a management team responsible for helping to ensure that our community/clients receive the highest quality care, access and service possible.
Payroll Titles: Program Administrator II/III
Program Administrator II: $2,512.81 - $3,518.27 / bi-weekly
Program Administrator III: $2,630.73 - $3,683.38 / bi-weekly
Educational Incentive: Some positions may be eligible for educational incentive of 2.5%, 3.5%, or 5% based on completion of an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree that is not required for the classification.
Bilingual Incentive: Incumbents may also be eligible for bilingual incentive depending on the applicable memorandum of agreement and the needs of the department. In order to qualify for this incentive, incumbents in eligible positions must take and pass the applicable bilingual fluency exam with a score of seventy percent (70%) or higher.

Program Administrator II and III are Management classifications and are not eligible for overtime compensation. Incumbents in this classification are eligible for benefits at the MB-4 level.
The eligible list established from this recruitment may be used to fill current and future Regular (including Temporary and Fixed-term), Intermittent, and Extra Help vacancies for these positions only. There are currently three (3) Regular vacancies.
If appointed at the lower level, incumbent may be promoted to the higher level without further exam upon meeting the minimum requirements, demonstrating satisfactory performance, and in accordance with the business needs of the department.
