15+ years of experience in quality Engineering and testing with different types of SDLC model and engagement models (Waterfall/Agile/TCOE/DevOps/Managed services)
Experience with consulting in Big 4 or equivalent consulting companies.
Must have experience with Maturity assessment and recommendations of testing practices with respect to people, processes and tools.
Lays down the roadmap and plan to achieve goals with milestones associated with business value and cost benefits (baseline to cover resource skills & mix, fun & NF auto maturity, process maturity, test data, continuous testing etc.)
He/she should have worked in medium to large projects/program involving all aspects of testing Test Management, Functional Automation, Non Function testing, UAT, Test Data Management, Test Environment management etc.
Need to have good understanding and background in Agile testing. Understands TDD/BDD. New ways of working in Digital ecosystem
Understanding of open source tools and technologies such as Junit, Selenium, Cucumber etc.; Understanding of JIRA, Jenkins and other tools applicable for CI/CD integration to enable to provide instruction, guidance and advise to team and stakeholders.
Has DevOps background/experience in agile environment.
Transformation Consultant responsible for the engagement; Stakeholder Management & Executive Presentations; identifying of improvement and converting those into business benefits.
Provide oversight and steering to the team for driving all areas of testing towards successful outcomes - namely Testing Methodology, Functional automation testing, Non Functional Automation testing, Testing Tools and Talent Transformation;
Should be able to put on Coaching hat to coach customer teams on Quality Engineering and testing if need arises
Good at time management, and priority setting. Should have excellent communication and relationship building skills to interface with other delivery teams, stakeholders and clients
