Quality Engineer

The Maven Group is looking for motivated Quality Engineers!

The Manufacturing & Quality Engineer is tasked with overseeing and enhancing assigned component part(s) and processes. They will demonstrate expertise in process improvement, develop effective operating instructions, and implement best practices across manufacturing.

Responsibilities include driving safety, quality, productivity, schedule adherence, and yield optimization goals. Collaborating with various teams, they'll lead root cause analyses, implement preventive measures, and integrate design for safety principles.

Key qualifications include extensive experience in manufacturing engineering, utilizing both engineering and lean principles. They must excel in generating results, using performance metrics effectively, and fostering strong communication and collaboration across all levels.

Core responsibilities involve receiving program updates, ensuring process compliance, facilitating preventative and corrective actions, and mentoring cross-functional teams. Additionally, they will lead process improvement initiatives, translate customer specifications, and drive operational excellence.

Leadership behaviors include professionalism in customer interactions, self-direction in task organization, hands-on problem-solving, and effective communication and follow-through.
