Duties & Responsibilities :
Specific duties include, but may not be limited to:
Review and evaluation of test plans and test methods for electronic boards / products to identify possible improvements
Using data gathering and data analysis to identify, specify and implement improvements to test methods and/or product designs
Continuation of work evaluating an alternate product measurement method (testing candidate parts, understanding the technology, evaluating various options)
Other tasks as needed attending New Product Development meetings, testing products to evaluate whether or not they meet requirements, etc.
Additional Opportunities :
Pursuing a 4-year degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred)
Knowledge of hardware / electronics design principles
Knowledge of failure modes / testing protocol for electronic products
Computer Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail
Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Additional Information :
You will be working in our Indianapolis office off Meridian and 106th street, but some travel to suppliers or our manufacturing locations may be required.
