Key Responsibilities
Designs and executes the control plan, audits to ensure that control plans are being followed, and ensures containment and corrective action in the event of non-conformance. Coordinates report outs of the data analysis from multiple product lines. Designs the internal standards to be followed by the Quality Specialists. Reviews and evaluates the effectiveness of the quality planning for continuous improvement. Evaluates the root cause corrective action requirements and assigns appropriate internal personnel and external experts as needed. Facilitates training, corrective action process review, is typically the corrective action leader and the single point of contact to the customer for corrective action. Ensure all customer quality requirements are integrated into the QMS and communicate to management when gaps exist in meeting those requirements. Provides an overview of the customer quality requirements.
Essential Responsibilities
Participate in the creation & implementation of PFMEA & Control Plans to support manufacturing processes
Investigate causes of internal & external nonconformance & facilitate corrective actions
Audit processes to the defined standards to ensure process conformance
Analize & interpret data from manufacturing processes to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Conduct Gauge R&R on existing and new measurement systems.
Aid in the implementation & training of associates to product & process quality standards
Act as the quality point of contact for the customer to facilitate the resolution of customer nonconformance.
Ensure all quality requirements are integrated into the QMS and communicate to management when gaps exist in meeting those requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Materials Management/Purchasing.
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
