Printpack Medical is seeking a Quality Engineer II or III in Marshall, NC who is a data-driven change leader for quality improvements in the division. This individual is responsible for analyzing, recommending, and driving quality improvements for the business unit.

The ideal candidate can independently apply technical analysis to directly improve quality performance and reduce cost.

Job Requirements

  • Effectively capture, analyze, and apply statistical methods to manage manufacturing quality assurance processes.

  • Project Management Skillset

  • Data-driven decision-making to support business case….

  • Superior Excel, Minitab, and Statistics skills (pivot tables, slicers, charts, formulas, graphical & data analytics, large dataset management, etc.)

  • Technical B.S. Degree (Engineering, Science, other) or significantly demonstrate experience in the above skills.

  • Ability to travel internationally 10-20%

Job Responsibilities

  • QC/QA Improvements (Top/Bottom Line Impact)

  • Non-Conforming Material support

  • Quality Return Investigation support

  • AQL Implementation

  • Effectively Support ISO & Customer Audits

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

  • Experience with ISO 13485 - Medical Devices Quality Management System (QMS) [ISO 13485 Change Control Program & ISO 13485 CAPA Program]

  • Experience with ISO 11607 (Packaging for terminally sterilized medical devices)

  • Experience with ISO 14971 (Application of risk management to medical devices)

  • Experience implementing/maintaining AQL

  • Six-Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt

  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
