OVERVIEW
The St. Charles plant is one of two recently acquired TNT pizza crust locations. It is located in a newer facility in the St. Louis suburbs of St. Charles County. We operate in a dynamic business environment with lots of current investment and growth. The St. Charles plant has become a strategic and critical plant to the North American Food segment.
The Quality Engineer reports directly to the Plant FSQ Manager and will work closely with the plant cross functional team to provide quality, food safety, regulatory, and sanitation leadership. This position works closely with GMI Research and Development along with National account customers and plays a key role in broader North American Food segment team priorities. Quality engineers must lead, motivate, and train employees to drive losses out of our systems to achieve production results while ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
Additionally, the Quality Engineer will help to facilitate policy updates and training as we continue to navigate through the ITQ TNT/General Mills integration.
