Based in our Stafford, TX location, this role will handle and be responsible for overall product quality and process improvements in the areas of Quality Assurance, Support Requests, Root Cause Investigation, Production, and Manufacturing.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Conduct analysis and develop proposals for product and processes-related continuous improvement customer quality and internal quality metrics.
Investigate and drive corrective/preventive actions for customer issues and internal issues noted during internal manufacturing activities.
Product and Process Audits of quality procedures and functions, followed by implementation of CAPA.
Use the application of Six Sigma / Lean Methodologies such as Process Mapping, FMEA, DOE, and Gage R&R.
Develop and implement Manufacturing improvements and methodologies.
Handle quality metrics and take actions to address undesirable trends.
Establish methods for improving Quality through the development and review of Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Standards and Process and Production Control techniques.
Review and supervise Quality Control inspections and tests for trend analysis.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelors degree in Engineering
Experience in QA/QC in a manufacturing/assembly environment
Solid understanding of relational databases and Quality Information Systems
Able to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma certification
Solid understanding of Valve Castings, Component Machining, assembly & test, trouble shooting
Knowledge of power industry standards ASME Codes, ANSI, ASTM, military specifications, and other material and welding standards
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2000 and the Pressure Equipment Directive
Root cause analysis experience
