Acts as a support resource in maintaining and improving the NSK Quality Assurance System. Assist in the development of new or revised quality standards (in conjunction with existing internal and external standards), develops and provides training for implementation of these standards. Provides support in resolution of customer quality issues or supplier issues for domestic and import products. Assist the manufacturing locations in improving quality performance.
Supports resolution of customer quality issues and evaluation of countermeasures.
Supports validation efforts of approved testing to assure compliance.
Participates in internal NSK Quality System Audits and Special Process audits.
Assists NSK locations with the compliance to NSK and customer requirements.
Supports process change and deviation evaluation and approvals.
This job requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 4 to 6 years of position-related experience; preferably 6 to 8 years of position-related experience.
