What You'll Do:

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our mission to uphold the integrity of our products. You'll collaborate with a diverse team of manufacturing and design professionals, working together towards our common goal of excellence. Here's a glimpse of what your day-to-day will look like:

• Conduct First Article and Incoming Inspections on products, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards.

• Craft Quality Plans based on Customer Purchase Orders for thorough Contract Reviews.

• Dive into RMA reviews, processing Corrective Actions to continuously improve our processes.

• Engage in Quality Inspection activities across all manufacturing stages, from in-process to final inspection.

• Analyze data to pinpoint defects and implement strategies for improvement.

• Work closely with Manufacturing Personnel to confirm that equipment and processes align with quality standards.

• Leverage customer feedback to drive improvements, ensuring our products remain top-notch.

• Play a key role in SCAR/CAR investigations, CAPAs, and Process Improvement Projects.

• Collaborate across departments to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in an engineering discipline.

• Early-career professionals with 0-5 years of experience in a quality role. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, especially those with relevant industry-related internships or Co-Op experiences.

• Experience or familiarity within an ISO-9001 or AS9100 quality environment.

• Aptitude for participating in Quality Management Systems, including conducting trainings, participating in audits, and embracing our culture of continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in Quality Inspection, Calibration, Corrective Action/Preventive Action reports, and Documentation management.
