Business Platform Engineering Team
The Business Platform Engineering team provides a seamless end-to-end experience for our customers, as well as simple, effective processes for internal clients to bring their products and services rapidly to market, using a self-service approach. Leveraging technology, architecture, knowledge, tools, and processes across our engineering teams to successfully deliver all the sub-systems of the Business Platform.

What you'll do
Able to quickly and effectively assess the true customer impact for customer reported problems, assessing the number of customers impacted, the severity of the impact, and propose temporary solutions to mitigate the problems.
Expert in the areas they are leading, able to understand complex technical information and develop efficient and effective testing solutions and plans.
Proactively deals with issues before they arise, this individual is able to mitigate them when they do occur.
Excellent analytical capabilities, able to solve complex problems.
Makes decisions with confidence and limited oversight, while still communicating effectively with management and development.
Excels in the independent leadership of a large product area, extending extensive product expertise across the department as well as to other product groups.
Review and approve test plans and test cases, and perform system testing
