Quality Engineer

Description:

• Promote Safety, Continuous Improvement, Production Organization, & 5S improvement efforts.

• Work with Production Departments to ensure products meet customers' expectations. Ensure documentation is completed properly at each stage of production. Assist in corrections and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

• Solve production flow problems. Provide information and solutions to manufacturing issues as they happen to meet customer expectations.

• Participate in Daily Management board. Follows up on quality issues and leads the root cause analysis.

• Design, implement and update work instruction methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• BS degree in engineering highly preferred

• 5+ years of quality engineering

• Strong knowledge of ISO standards a must

• Strongly prefer someone with some welding knowledge or experience dealing with electrical standards
