Responsible for inputting quality data to required systems. Reviews, organizes, enters data into system, files/scans completed paperwork to proper storage locations.
Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry
Check documents for accuracy
Verify and correct data as necessary
Obtain further information for incomplete documents
Update data into appropriate/identified programs/databases
Scan completed documentation into appropriate storage locations
Verify completed data input for accuracy
Maintain records of activities and tasks as required
Comply with Utilimaster IT and data policies
Maintain office equipment and supplies required to perform job duties
Lead by example regarding safety and acting in the best interests on the team
Any other duties as assigned by the Quality Auditor
Proficient in relevant computer applications (MS Office, ERP systems etc.)
Accurate keyboard skills and proven to enter data accurately and proficient at a pace to ensure timely data is available
Strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to stay on task
