Position Overview:

This position is responsible for supporting plant leadership in achieving business and financial goals by developing and maintaining robust manufacturing processes and leading continuous improvement / cost out initiatives across the organization. Additional responsibility includes executing the organization's strategic plan consistent with federal, state, and local regulations, established industry standards, and customer requirements.

This Co-Op is expected to run from April 1, 2019 to September 20.2019.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Actively enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in a Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Chemical, or Materials Science engineering and completed at least two years.

  • Minimum 3.0 overall cumulative GPA (please do not round)

  • Our recruiting area: Students must reside within a 50 mile radius of Glenolden, PA to be considered for this opportunity.

  • Must be eligible to work in the US on an on-going basis without company sponsorship

  • This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee or Refugee.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PC-based systems is desired

  • Drawing interpretation related to dimensioning and tolerancing

  • Familiarity computer aided drafting.
