Quality Control Technician

As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will be responsible for inspecting and testing products, documenting findings, and working closely with the production team to address and resolve quality issues.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspections and tests on products and materials.

• Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports on quality findings.

• Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards.

• Identify and suggest improvements to the production process.

• Investigate and resolve quality issues in collaboration with production teams.

• Prepare installation and test validation procedures/protocols to ensure products are manufactured in accordance with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and industry practices.

• Compile and analyze validation data, prepare reports, and make recommendations for changes and/or improvements.

• Investigate and troubleshoot problems, determining solutions to ensure product quality.

• Maintain validation documentation and files.

Requirements

• High school diploma with lab equivalent experience; a degree in a related field is a plus.

• Proven experience as a Quality Control Technician or in a similar role.

• Proficiency with quality testing equipment and software.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Effective communication skills.
