Our Molex facility in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking individuals to join our team as a Quality Technician. We are looking for a detail-minded person who will be responsible for assuring compliance of Terminal (Stamped and Plated) products that meet customer specifications.

Shift Options:

2nd Shift, Mon

  • Fri, 3:30pm

  • 12am

3rd Shift, Sun

  • Thurs, 11:30pm

  • 8am

What You Will Do

  • Dimensional inspection of plated and stamped product

  • Functional testing of plated and stamped product

  • Terminate production if product does not meet quality standards

  • Contain non-conforming product from the production floor

  • Aid management, toolroom and production in the solution of production problems

  • Aid in design of terminal and test fixtures

  • Setup, debug and maintenance of vision systems

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 1+ years experience working in a manufacturing or lab environment
  • 6+ months experience working with Microsoft Office applications

What Will Put You Ahead

  • 3+ years experience in Quality manufacturing related fields

  • Basic understanding of tool and die/stamping processes

  • Working knowledge of SAP system

  • Working knowledge of vision systems (setup, debug and maintenance)
