QC Technician position for the Monday
Friday GRAVE shift 10:00pm
The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for all daily lab functions. Measuring and documenting dimensional detail for current production and monitoring WIP quality through scheduled floor audits. Includes updating all quality data storage locations. The Technician will also be responsible for supporting First Article Inspections and Cpk study activities. This position requires a strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
Some technical experience working in a QC lab environment.
Hand held metrology equipment and automated measurement systems.
Self-motivated and goal driven and maintains a positive attitude.
Working knowledge of quality systems, policies, and procedures in the specialty area.
Ability to operate lab/test equipment and to apply common sense to carry out basic written and oral instructions.
Troubleshoot problem jobs for maximum efficiency and minimum scrap level.
Record and validate process and production changes.
Maintain and improve quality.
Monitor production for accuracy and efficiency.
