We are in growth mode as we look to enhance our risk management services team and provide our partners with a complete end-to-end solution for in-play wagering.

The Role:

We're looking to hire a full-time QC Supervisor to join our Live Operations department. This role involves directly overseeing our Quality Control Analyst team who monitor the data collection for all covered games. As a QC Supervisor, you will primarily focus on communication between internal analysts, the trading team and external partners. You will manage the entire game-day operation within each slate and ensure that game data is recorded with the highest speed, accuracy and integrity from our data collectors (scouts). You will work closely with the Quality Control Manager to ensure that all matches are being covered by our team as well as provide insights to Scout Managers on scout performance. This role relies on you having a great attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee gameday operation plans by monitoring a specific set of games within a slate.

• Execute the game-day operation plan and ensure that each shift runs smoothly with a constant focus on learning and improving.

• Troubleshoot any real-time problems as they arise and ensure that data continues to flow in an accurate and timely manner.

• Assist QC Manager with scheduling to ensure all covered live sports are monitored.

• Assist QC Manager with the hiring and training of all new QC Analysts.

• Work closely with Scout Managers to provide feedback reports on scout performance and facilitate scout development.

As a Quality Control Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in the overall execution and performance of our live data operations. You will join a fast-growing team that is looking to revolutionize the power of in-play wagering. You will immediately gain an understanding of data collection, the different market types we offer, and how data quality relates allows us to maintain a high level of performance for our customers. This is an opportunity which requires working Saturdays and Sundays and holidays during live sporting events but with flexible hours throughout the week.

We'll trust you to:

• Work closely with our Live Operations and Trading teams to optimize data collection and data quality.

• Communicate in real-time with internal and external partners on any potential feed-related issues.

• Identify trends in data collection and monitoring and initiate plans to improve data quality.

• Utilize your knowledge and experience to communicate potential product and data collection enhancements.

You'll need to have:

• Experience working in a fast-paced and iterative environment.

• Experience with live operation of a product.

• Deep knowledge of sports and their rules - specifically NFL, CFB, CBB and NBA.

• Strong desire to win and commitment to consistently improve each and every day.

• Dedicated team player with the flexibility to adapt and problem-solve in real-time.

• Effective communication skills.

• Strong comfort level with technology and a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for catching mistakes and discrepancies.

• You will be working from our Raleigh, NC office and are expected to have the ability to commute or willingness to relocate.

• Ability to effectively work long hours, including evenings and weekends.
