Description
The Quality Control Supervisor provides technical supervision to oversee/support the quality department with incoming, in-process, and finished product inspections; including product validation testing.
Responsibilities
Participates and supervise QC personnel in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System in accordance with the FDA's Quality System Regulation, the current ISO 13485 and other applicable quality system requirements.
Manage a team of QC personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Execution of the "quality related processes" from product development, launch of products, manufacturing, distribution, and product follow up. Is responsible to develop global processes and implement them on a local level.
Is involved in global development and product improvement projects related to assure that quality relevant aspects are covered.
Works with Manufacturing/Engineering to assure proper communication (Quality feedback/training) to the Production workforce. As may be required, provide support for the company wide and track QSR and ISO training.
Monitors product/process requirements and initiate/analyze non-conformances. Specifically, review and act on incoming, in-process and finished product quality nonconformances and communicate results to the organization.
Perform timely reviews of raw material inspections to ensure material is conforming to specifications/drawings.
Ensure QC personnel are properly trained to execute quality functions.
Coordinate daily activities among all shifts of the QC team to support manufacturing and engineering goals.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
Minimum 5 years total QA/QC experience; 2 years leadership experience.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word and Excel.
Adhere to compliance with internal procedures.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Handle confidential information with discretion and high level of integrity.
Basic computer skills and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications.
Preferred
Medical device industry experience
Minimum 1 - 2 years leadership experience
Associate or Bachelor's degree
Inari Medical offers competitive health and wealth benefits for our employees. The base pay range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000. A range of factors, including location, skills, and experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary.
