The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all products launched on the Minted website meet strict company-specific standards of quality. The ideal candidate is an expert in Adobe's Creative Suite, an excellent communicator, has experience with print production and is extremely detail-oriented. He or she must be organized and have a strong desire to work in a production-driven, fast-paced environment.

You will:

  • Work with the merchandising team to understand and uphold the standards to be met for each product assortment.

  • Scrutinize production files to ensure best print quality and effectively communicate necessary fixes to the production team.

  • Verify product data on the Minted.com website and communicate necessary fixes to the production and merchandising teams.

  • Participate in Live-site QC and assist team in reviewing the Minted.com site for quality of customer shopping experience. Provide feedback for future product launches based on prior experiences.

  • Assist in Express Service Auditing for all eligible product kinds.

  • Lead & report on Scene 7 audit results & escalate bugs with scripts.

  • Report on quarterly and annual quality metrics.

  • Summarize findings into key initiatives that will reduce bug rates going forward

Common goals, uncommon potential As part of the Operations Team, the Quality Control Specialist position will be accountable for monitoring Private Wealth Management (PWM) operational functions by validating adherence to policy and procedures for new account opening, account maintenance, billing, account reconciliation and data collected for the "Know Your Client" Program (KYC) for both prospective and existing clients. This position will work closely with Operations Management and teams, Compliance, Risk, BSA/AML, Wealth Managers and Client Service to ensure that all requirements under the PWM Standards and Guidelines, the broader Quality Control Program, as well as regulatory compliance requirements under the KYC Program, are met while achieving a high level of customer service. What you'll do as a Quality Control Specialist: * Validate data found in various PWM systems and databases against the PWM Policy and Procedures. * Review exception reports and escalate issues as needed. * Validate KYC data found in various PWM systems and databases, the Bank's KYC database, and new account documentation. * Compile quality control metrics and trends for submission to Management and Risk functions. * Performs other duties & responsibilities as required or assigned by team lead and/or manager.
