WWC Global is seeking a Quality Control Manager for a potential contract to support U.S. Army INSCOM G8.

Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

  • Implementation of the task order Quality Control Plan (QCP)
  • Ensures QCP is reviewed, updated, and approved by Government annually or as required
  • Ensures all service deliverables meet quality standards and performance requirements
  • Monitoring key aspects of program and contract management
  • Conduct regular inspections on all aspects of contract performance and recommend solutions to eliminate deficiencies

Services delivered under the QCP will include:

  • Providing program and resource management Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and other tasks as necessary to support INSCOM and its MSCs
  • Recurring and ad hoc technical analysis, draft briefings, etc., as required
  • Reviewing related programming and budget data and provide senior level analysis and recommending strategies and courses of action to present the required manpower and dollar resource information to INSCOM, Army and other Defense Agencies.
  • Program/Budget execution support
  • Defense Travel System (DTS) Support
  • Organizational support including MOU development, Training Resource Module support and organization liaison activities

This position is contingent on contract award.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree and 5 years QC management experience OR If NO degree, a 10 year career in Quality Control with 2 years of management experience.
  • Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
  • 5 years of Quality Control management experience.
  • Documented training in Quality Control.
  • Demonstrated competency with project management software tools and program portals.
  • Working knowledge of DoD Financial management regulations.
  • Availability Required: March 2021.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience within a DoD Financial Management entity.

As directed, employs rotary wing aviation and engineer technical rescue assets to support designated contingency operations.
