Quality Control Manager - Armed Security- Government Contract

MaxSent is hiring a Quality Control Manager to support the FPS contract in Reno, Nevada.

The Quality Control Manager is the manager in charge of implementing the Quality Control Plan for various Armed Security Government Contracts. The Quality Control Manager will construct and implement programs that comply with the Quality Control Plan outlined in response to various Armed Security Government Contracts. These programs include the monitoring of the execution of the MaxSent operation in the following areas: Armed security officer performance and appearance on posts, Armed Security Officer qualifications to perform, government-required personnel records, timekeeping procedures and invoicing, training procedures, key control procedures, and equipment custody procedures.

Essential Functions:

• Performing post inspections.

• Performing and conducting audits.

• Completing reports and maintaining quality control compliance.

• Conducting weekly quality control meetings with Corporate Quality Control Manager.

• Observing training and effectiveness of the instructors.

• Surveying the quality of learning environments.

• Completing statistical reports and conducting reviews with the Quality Control Committee.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The Quality Control Manager must also meet the requirements listed below:

• Must be a United States Citizen, or a

• Lawful permanent resident who is currently a member of, or who possesses a verifiable honorable discharge from, any component of the United States Armed Forces.

• Been issued a Social Security Card by the Social Security Administration, which bears the individuals names and social security number

• Minimum of two (2) years of Quality Control experience in civilian community law enforcement, military service law enforcement, or commercial/industrial security force service.

• Quality Control Manager shall possess appropriate certifications to training in First Aid, CPR, AED, Defensive Tactics, Handcuffing, Baton, OC Spray and Firearms Instruction.

• Must have verifiable documentation of at least one experience level and educational level or any reasonable combination listed below.

• A minimum of two (2) years of security (armed) or law enforcement experience.

• A minimum of two (2) years of honorable service as a member of any U.S. Armed Forces component.

• Possess a high school diploma or GED or a minimum of 60 credit hours in a related field from an accredited institution.

• Successful completion of a federal/state certified law enforcement education and training or police officers standard training course that may result in a law enforcement appointment or commission.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, word, excel, and PowerPoint.

• Must be able to Obtain US Government suitability to work on a Federal Government Armed Security Contract.

Annual salary $85,000
