Quality Control Manager

Hiring as QC Manager for a major federal construction firm working on government projects with the AOC.

Description:

The project is two rood renovations for the AOC. The Capital Power Plant and the Dirksen Senate Office Building. The buildings have many aspects of historic renovation, as you will work with replacing Spanish tiles and preserving the history on a $10 million project. The phased occupied renovation is a chance to work on a art repurposed project with one of the top general contractors know for their historic preservation expertise.

Implement entire QC program

attend all post award conference, CQC plan meetings, coordination and mutual understanding meetings, conduct CQC meetings

perform the 3 phases of quality control process

perform submittal review and approval

ensure testing is performed

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience within construction

• USACE certification or able to get it in 30 days

• Must be able to get an AOC badge
