  • Verifies compliance with work standards, SOPs, ROH, and other requirements documents,
  • Pays particular attention to the timeliness and accuracy of work performed,
  • Screens documents to determine accuracy of data contained in them and determines which need corrective action,
  • Keeps various logs and uses random sampling to evaluate process efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness,
  • Responsible for recognizing problems that might invalidate samples, investigating complaints, reviewing violations found by personnel, and preparing reports of findings and actions needed or taken,
  • Recommends changes that will improve contract performance,
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Public Trust clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and understand proficiently in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs. or more in a physical environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform tasks while bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.

Providing our colleagues with extraordinary service is our commitment; their success is our reward.</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities</p><p>The Human Resources QA / QC Senior Analyst will evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the Human Resources department, to drive the best possible results for our colleagues in the bank, through collaboration, process improvements, and data analysis. Under the supervision of the VP of Risk, Compliance, and QA/QC and in collaboration with the Manager of Risk, Compliance, and QA/QC, the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Senior Analyst will drive process reviews in collaboration with HR process owners and provide management feedback on the effectiveness of the HR Department. You will also assist process owners to improve processes where needed. Primary tasks will include managing the annual Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), generating and presenting metrics on departmental goals, and managing the department's standard operating procedures (SOP) library.</p><p>What you'll do as a Human Resources QA / QC Senior Analyst:</p><ul><li><p>Assess the design and effectiveness of HR processes to ensure the appropriate level of efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Establish and help to maintain a culture where best practices are well documented and routinely followed.</p></li><li><p>Work with the various Human Resource (HR) teams to conduct the annual Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process. Develop and maintain a working process inventory.</p></li><li><p>Work with the Bank's Enterprise Risk Management department to report on the results of the RCSA process, as well as report on other risk related findings.</p></li><li><p>Develop and deploy metrics for measuring the success of the HR Department in meeting its goals. This may include establishing service level agreements (SLA) and other key performance indicators (KPI).</p></li><li><p>Identify weaknesses, defects, and/or gaps in HR processes. Conduct root cause analyses and work with process owners to develop preventative solutions.</p></li><li><p>Manage the standard operation procedure (SOP) library and provide training and support to the teams for updating their procedures.</p></li><li><p>Provide support to the various HR teams during active internal, SOX, and regulator audits.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the oversight of bank policy compliance.</p></li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><p>You could be a great fit if you have:</p><ul><li><p>Background in process design, HR operations, key performance indicator (KPI) development, Compliance, and/or Audit with 3 to 5 years' experience</p></li><li><p>Experience managing a process end to end</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel</p></li><li><p>Bachelors Degree</p></li><li><p>Critical Thinking</p></li></ul><ul><li>You will need to be able to evaluate a process for weaknesses that may need to be addressed</li></ul><ul><li>Emotional Intelligence</li></ul><ul><li>You will need to be able to make connections with process owners/practitioners, understand their perspectives, and be adept at partnering with them to foster necessary, but difficult change.</li></ul><ul><li>Willingness to learn/curiosity</li></ul><ul><li>The role will require developing a base level understanding of a wide range of HR processes.</li></ul><ul><li><p>Some experience with Tableau</p></li><li><p>Some experience with Microsoft Visio to make process flows</p></li></ul><p>Job Demands:</p><ul><li><p>Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.</p></li><li><p>Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.</p></li></ul><p>Own your work and your career - apply now</p><p>Are you willing to go the extra mile because you love what you do and how you can contribute as a team?
