Quality Control Inspector

Pay Rate - $15/hr

Basic Function

QC Inspector reports to and receives work assignments and supervision from Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Manage all data coming from the clean touch or 24/7 system and testing result.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and address quality concerns promptly.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for growth within the quality control process.
• Provide training, coaching, and feedback to employees to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Generate reports and distribute them to relevant personnel and clients.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing productivity and maintaining quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and ensure quality processes align with current standards.
• Attends internal meetings and represents the facility at external meetings as deemed necessary.
• Other duties as needed by company.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Self-starter, capable of leading, directing, and supporting a team in a diverse environment with highly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
• Must be able to relate professionally and positively with staff and facility managers utilizing excellent communication, interpersonal, public relations and presentation skills.
• Intermediate computer skills with the ability to maintain records and complete reports as required, including web-based reporting.
• Considerable knowledge of housekeeping, safety/sanitation requirements and procedures.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work effectively with a team.
• Ability to work independently as needed to support the group effort.

Ability to exercise independent judgment.

Physical Demands:

• The QC Inspector may be required to stand or walk for extended periods of time, and climb ladders or stairs.
