Weld-On products are globally recognized as the premium products for joining plastic pipes and fittings and are used by professional installers around the world in a variety of applications such as, but not limited to, construction (residential & commercial), industrial (chemical process, water treatment, mining, etc.), irrigation (landscaping & agricultural) and others.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform required inspection and testing based on established procedures.

• Perform Line process & product audits or "spot checks"

• Perform can & box verification

• Provide mix adjustment recommendations

• Inputs daily quality data and prepare reports

• Perform incoming raw material testing

• Coordinate with R&D, QA & Production for issue resolution

• Prepare Certificate of Analysis (COA) as required by Sales and Shipping

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

Skills

• Technical (Required & Preferred)

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Experience in distinguishing conforming and non-conforming product

Skills

• Interpersonal (Required)

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to identify inefficiencies and drive rigor to the process

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 20lbs maximum, Prolonged standing

Years of Experience (Required & Preferred)

• 6+ months of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• 1+ years of experience working in QC line inspection
