Quality Control Inspector

Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 DOE+ Benefits and Bonus!

Summary of Duties:

• Interpret and understand production and approved drawings, with a focus on complying with building codes.

• You will be tasked with generating line travelers for units, collaborating on production drawings, coordinating inspections, and ensuring adherence to QA/QC standards.

• Monitoring production stages, overseeing testing processes, and effective communication with various stakeholders to address deviations or violations are key aspects of this role..

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in construction, manufacturing, or a related field with a focus on quality control and compliance particularly in the modular building sector

• Experience in construction project management, quality control, and familiarity with relevant building codes and standards.

• Knowledge of reading and interpreting production drawings, collaborating with engineering teams, coordinating inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulations is crucial.

• Experience in communication and coordination with production managers, team leaders, and third-party inspectors is essential.

• Expertise in working in a quality control line team and creating warranty packages for modular buildings would be beneficial.

• Computer proficiency with MS Office
