Quality Control

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is a premier custom design build contractor for industrial refrigeration systems, providing design, fabrication, construction, commissioning, and service in-house.

The Quality Specialist will work on our quality team conducting quality checks/inspections, maintaining SOPs, conducting investigations and driving improvements throughout the organization. This fast-paced role will work in our manufacturing facility ensuring quality at every stage of fabrication. Training will be provided.

Requirements

• Must be able to read blueprints

• 5+ years of experience

• Excellent mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools

• Must have some experience welding

• Experience conducting investigations, writing reports and recommending follow-up actions

• Able to work at heights as needed

• Travel: This role could involve national travel to job sites

Preferences

• Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is helpful but not required

• Microsoft Office skills

• Prior quality control experience in a manufacturing, contruction, maintenance or other mechanical/electrical field
