Maintains quality output of all programs to ensure customer retention, customer satisfaction and loyalty. Works directly with the Dealer Services Manager, Account Teams, Internal Support Teams on the implementation of the product line.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Program Implementation
Communicates daily with Program Managers and PHQ Team Management to ensure the most current product knowledge and program updates.
Acts as a liason between Program Management/Client & PHQ Team members
Implements daily changes to contract information
Reviews dealer program information prior to mailing
Proactive in researching any potential issues using current program systems & Program Management
Researches daily concerns or issues with a resolve in a timely manner. Tracks resolution and logs progress in Salesforce.com
Maintains an inventory of program samples to be supplied to the Service Team
Maintains an organized filing system for a dealer documentation
Develops and maintains efficient process flows for all program AOR implementations
Responsible for knowing program participation numbers
Responsible for training both the internal and field reps on product knowledge and ongoing enhancements and changes.
Maintains current training materials, power points & contracts.
Assists IT and Program Management in the development of new program systems and updates.
Performs other related duties as needed to support corporate objectives.
Acts in the best interest of the company by applying stated corporate values and priorities to all communications, decisions, and actions.

VIEW JOBS 10/22/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-01-20T00:00 Position Summary The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for performing quality inspections on incoming purchased products and samples including taking dimensional measurements, performing packaging inspections, performing proofing tests for hardness or durometer, leaking and functions and ultimate loads. In addition will be required to perform some of the daily duties of the Quality Manager in his/her absence. This position works a weekend schedule of Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 7;00 AM to 7:30 PM. Responsibilities 25% of the time you will: Analyze and update quality documentation (work instructions, test procedures, internal references, forms, product and material specification sheets, etc.), making certain that current practices are being documented. 25% of the time you will: Perform quality inspections on incoming purchased products and samples including taking dimensional measurements, performing packaging inspections, performing proof tests for hardness or durometer, leaking and functions and ultimate loads. 25% of the time you will: Handle specific laboratory responsibilities and perform routine and non-routine chemical testing of raw materials, bulk products, finished goods, stability samples, and validation samples. 25% of the time you will: Produce quality system documentation on all testing and procedures. Qualifications * Associates Degree (AA) in Chemistry or Science required; a Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university preferred. * 4 years experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment * Teamwork: Ability to build and sustain cooperative working relationships. * Math: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. * Language/Writing/Speaking: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. * Analysis/Reasoning: Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.,) in its most difficult phases. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables. * Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with MS SharePoint and Smartsheet is preferred. Travel Required This job requires minimal to no travel, less than 5% of the time. Work Status & Location This full-time, non-exempt hourly position is located in West Chicago, Illinois.
