Description: The LM Space Military Support Programs (MSP) Quality Assurance team is searching for a Quality Control Analyst to lead Receiving Inspection efforts and perform manufacturing floor support. This position will be responsible for part identification, inspection, and verification of requirements. Intensive use of detailed processes will be used to complete everyday tasks and to ensure our mission's success. The position requires collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and customers to ensure quality and engineering requirements are met.

Desired Skills:
- Receiving Inspection Experience

  • Prior experience with causal analyses/problem solving, corrective and preventive action, continuous improvement methods

  • Knowledge of the AS9100 Quality Management System

  • Working knowledge of SAP

  • An active SCI Security Clearance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Material Handling experience

  • Able to use basic material handling equipment and inspection tools

  • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, purchase orders, contracts and statements of work, etc. as needed to verify compliance of supplier provided data

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Ability to obtain SCI Security Clearance

  • Can work independently without direct supervision

  • Excellent communication and teaming skills

  • Must be able to work off shifts, overtime and non-standard work weeks as needed to meet product deliveries

  • Willingness to learn

We currently seek a mid-career level Control Account Manager (CAM) to be a part of the team developing the hypersonic technology that could forever change our ability to deter and respond to conflict. in this role your duties will include leading, planning, budgeting, and managing the cost/schedule/technical performance for each assigned Control Account (CA). Effectively manage control account performance, elevate concerns and issues where appropriate to program management, including other impacted control account managers. Work with partnering organizations (supply chain, PMP, quality, etc?) to ensure all processes are appropriately followed and implemented to ensure smooth product flow throughout the lifecycle. Identify risks and opportunities to the program Risk & Opportunity Control Board and implement approved mitigation plans. Conduct closed loop corrective action to include thorough variance analysis, monitoring of cost/schedule mitigation activities, and corrective action adjustment as necessary. Provide timely and accurate insight to key program impacts or opportunities to the Program Manager. Be "at the ready" for any 2nd level questions related to parts procurement status, headcount challenges, resource constraints, or safety and quality issues. Complete all earned value management (EVM) assigned duties to include work authorization requests, estimate at complete review, schedule status, variance reporting, and comprehensive estimates at complete.
