Description

Summary:
The Training Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Quality and Compliance Team. Their primary role involves the development, coordination, execution, and assessment of employee training initiatives. Additionally, the Training Coordinator is tasked with ensuring that all training programs align with the guidelines and requirements set forth by Catholic Charities.
Position Responsibilities:
Ensures compliance with federal and state accreditation regulations and standards.
Supports, coordinates, and schedules trainings, orientations, and other events required by stakeholders and agency policies
Gains knowledge of the Agency's Demographic Database, currently Charity tracker, and provides training &assistance with the agency's demographic database.
*This includes aiding in maintaining database reporting systems, enabling the extraction of relevant data for analysis and decision-making.
*Aids in training for Performance Quality Indicators and assists with PQI tasks, extending beyond monitoring the agency's client counts. Collaborates with the team to achieve reporting goals.
*Proficient in providing trauma-informed training programs, integrating CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) standards, and utilizing Presidium's best practices to ensure a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving services.
Confers with the VP of Programs regarding policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
Reviews and revises the training program curriculum to improve and adjust it to program needs and contract requirements.
Evaluate effectiveness of training and recommend changes to curricula or delivery methods. Notify and coordinate training with presenters.
Maintain Documentation: including making copies of handouts, creating & printing certificates, sorting documentation, creating sign in sheets, filing documents, etc.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Quality and Compliance & Chief of Admin.

Minimum Qualifications:
o bachelor's degree required
o Two (2) years' experience in compliance or related role preferred

Minimum Knowledge and skills
Must have a strong moral code and sense of ethics.
Exemplify strong knowledge of industry protocols and best practices.
Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, work well independently and on a team.
