The Schneider organization has an immediate need for an experienced Quality Design Business Analyst to be accountable for the monitoring and continuous improvement of quality processes for the Supply Chain Management (SCM) division. The Quality Design Business Analyst is accountable for ensuring processes are documented and integrated with the Enterprise Model to associate front line level documentation and the users experience. This is accomplished by guiding the SCM teams in the creation of work flow and work instructions that support ISO, Responsible Care and ACE. The Quality Design Business Analyst also works with internal and external third parties to provide an evaluation of processes and tools to improve work flow. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee, maintain and improve SCMs ISO 9001:2008 program, Responsible Care and ACE Audit processes for compliance based on customer, business, Responsible Care, ACE and ISO requirements.
Track, report and follow-up on SCM audit action plans.
Analyze and recommend appropriate changes of processes to respective managers
Govern Metrics for effectiveness and to drive positive results.
Conduct Post Service Provider Bid Implementations for successes and weaknesses.

Our preferred candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in related field or 5-7 years of Logistics business experience.
Strong business acumen; well tuned into trade-off decisions and criteria and influence direction.
Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and ability to conceptualize and analyze complex business processes.
Sound interpersonal skills and ability to influence.
Successfully gains the support and cooperation of associates outside a direct reporting relationship.
Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and effectively manage conflict.
Willing to challenge traditional thinking and is determined and persistent.
