The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for onsite quality assurance inspection, reporting and remediation plans for both our customers, sites and fleet.
Conduct regularly scheduled quality control functions to include:
Quality Control Audits
Spot Check Audits
Rental Readiness of equipment
General Fleet condition
Customer site evaluations and communication with internal and external customers.
Ensure correct marketing materials including service records are on all assets and replace where needed as needed and report deficiencies.
Record and report all field based activity as well as site and fleet audit forms.
Complete and prepare detailed reports for the following;
Company Vehicle usage
Customer presentation and meetings.
Site specific populations versus toilet coverage
Competitor insights and surveys as assigned.
Effectively manage daily duties and plan workflow in a way to achieve USS goals and accountabilities.
Special/Other projects as assigned by management

Decision Making and Problem Solving
While performing the duties of this job, you are regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles.
The noise level is usually loud.
HS Diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination or education and experience.
At least 1-2 years related experience and/or training
TWIC Card and site-specific safety certifications as needed for access (ports, refineries, plants, airports, etc.)
Valid Driver License (Class CDL A or B with endorsement or Class C, D, or E (depending on state)).
