Pay rate range: $53/hr. to $55/hr. on w2.

REQUIREMENT

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience 2-4 years industry experience testing software, including website applications.

• Experience in testing customer facing applications (fire tv, apple tv, etc.) - would be very helpful to have in QAT II. It helps make transition onto team easier.

In Addition, QAT II must be able to:

Write new changes, in applications/features

• should be able to identify on what new areas they should be testing

• own themselves to certain extent to a complete full release

Manual testing

• if have automation experience would be very helpful, but not required

Summary:

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) for a contract position. The ideal candidate has great communication skills, can remove roadblocks, detail oriented, and has a knack for breaking websites. QAE's regularly work with Developers, Product Managers and other Quality Engineers to ensure the proper operation of the production environment. During the development cycle, QAEs identify use cases, create test cases, execute tests, and report results.

QUALIFICATIONS

BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience 2-4 years industry experience testing software, including website applications.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Experience with Selenium highly desired

Experience in building the test plans and test cases.

Running the manual regression for ongoing app releases.

Experience with QA process and Software Development Life Cycle.
