Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Supervision: Lead our team of dedicated Quality Assurance Technicians, ensuring effective quality management practices on the production floor.

• Program Management: Develop, coordinate, and execute comprehensive QA programs, including Preventive Controls, Food Safety, SQF, HACCP, GMPs, Food Defense, and Pre-Requisite Programs.

• Regulatory Compliance: Work closely with USDA inspectors, manage audits, and ensure all food safety documentation is current and compliant.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance quality and safety procedures, ensuring continuous improvement across all production processes.

• Team Training: Educate and guide team members on SCF's product safety and quality standards.

What You Bring:

• Education and Certification: An Associate degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field. HACCP Certification is required, and PCQI is preferred.

• Experience: At least 2-3 years of QA experience in the food production industry, with a proven track record in a supervisory role.

• Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, adept at conducting audits, documenting findings, and evaluating food sensory qualities.
