About the job

The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that finished products meet quality standards and proper process control measures are in place and audited frequently. This position reviews, approves and releases finished goods for shipment.

The Quality Assurance Specialist manages the disposition of non-conforming materials and maintains accurate and complete records. This person also evaluates complaint samples returned by consumers. Less than 10% travel required.

This position reports to the Manager Quality Assurance. The normal shift is 40 hours per week in the office with periodic extended hours as needed. This position may be assigned other duties as determined by the Supervisor.
