Job duties and responsibilities: ? Follow and complete test plans provided by PQ engineering staff ? Plan work with input from engineers and schedule overtime to meet business needs ? Prepare and organize print sample input (cutting and labeling samples) ? Operate PQ lab equipment to measure samples and produce output data for engineers ? Use MS Excel spreadsheets to organize and store measurement data corresponding to various operating points ? Exhibit high quality standards by producing repeatable and reliable results ? Interface with Ricoh management to provide coverage, improve processes and address operational problems ? Operate Paper Testing equipment to measure physical properties for engineers as time allows ? Apply basic knowledge of imaging and color science including color spaces to help engineers design new and more efficient testing ? Perform defined equipment maintenance and calibration and keep records of calibration ? Train other operators in equipment and PQ lab operations and procedures as needed ? Contribute to a clean and safe working environment. ? Able to work independently as well as in a group ? Be able to handle a fast paced and often changing priority of projects ? Able to handle multiple projects at once ? Good organizational skills are a must ? Willingness and ability to learn effectively ? Knowledge of imaging and/or photography

Responsibilities:
Preferred abilities and skills: ? Normal Color Vision ? Basic PC, Microsoft Office skills ? Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or similar ? Basic programming skills or desire to learn ? Scripting language skills or desire to learn ? Statistical methods and testing background ? Be familiar with operation of high-speed, digital printers using ink-jet and electro-photographic technology and associated pre and post processing equipment.

One weekend day is mandatory Responsible for quality oversight of incoming raw materials, manufacturing floor operations, facility/utility qualification and routine support, and QC laboratory investigations. This position will provide a broad range of quality oversight for activities that support bulk drug substance manufacturing. This position will be responsible for review and approval of procedures and methods supporting all aspects of cGMP operations, including support of client and regulatory audits. Emphasis on this position is direct manufacturing support in the production environment. Education and Qualifications Bachelor's and 6 years of experience or Master's and 4 years' experience in a cGMP QA/QC environment or equivalent.
