Pay Range: $43.19/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, Execute and Promote the Client Divisional strategy roadmap that will deliver APU OFF performance in line with established goals

• Manage and develop a team of specialists (contractors) whose primary mission is the reduction of APU run time

• Coordinates team activities across the Enterprise to ensure project integrity and consistency

• Serve as primary POC for the Client Environmental Program which includes monitoring and identifying areas of improvement to Core Task Completion reporting at a station level

• Identify high risk stations through data analysis tools, and then work with local leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and process enhancements

• Lead high-visibility, high impact projects for Client that improve overall divisional Safety, Security and Compliance performance

• Drive the Client Safety Management System through leading and participating in SRA and ensuring station leadership is applying SRM/SRA for any of the four SMS triggers

• Reinforce standards and expectations by coaching and correcting employees

• Elevate Ground Safety issues to leadership as needed

• Participate in Client Ground Safety meetings and calls

• Share lessons learned and other communications with employees and leadership

• Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must be able to manage project execution and follow up, monitor and manage information, balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and objectives

• Previous experience executing a sustainability strategy roadmap for an airline ground operation

• Previous experience with Client Environmental process, procedures and tools

• Candidates should have a sound knowledge of safety management principles and practices plus have strong analytical skills

• Position requires proficiency in MS 365 applications

• This position will require the availability to work and travel outside of normal business hours
