What you will do:

As a Service Specialist for the US Quality team, you will be responsible for quality assurance in the US market, which includes:

  • Developing and measuring the way our service agents communicate and deliver service to our customers.

  • Managing our service partners to ensure they meet our quality goals.

  • Analyzing quality and operations data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Proofreading.

  • Business travel.

Who you are:

  • You need to be a driven and flexible individual who has a strong interest in service, communication, and data.

  • You also have the ability to work with different stakeholders, under pressure, with deadlines and are not afraid of changes for growth.

You should have:

  • Service and customer-focus mindset.

  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.

  • Previous leadership and coaching experience.

  • Stakeholder management skill.

  • Data analysis skill.

A Place to Be Proud Responsibilities * Operate within the Quality Management System applicable to the manufacture of phase appropriate material in the CMF. * Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements for cellular and gene therapy products. * Performs in accordance with established policies, procedures, and techniques and requires training common experience or working knowledge related to the tasks performed. * Solving, correcting, preventing problems and performs tasks as assigned by leadership, as well as assigning tasks to junior staff. * Work to specific measurable objectives requiring operational planning skill with little direct supervision. * Leads and supports a diverse and collaborative team environment.
