Under limited supervision, uses specialized knowledge and skills obtained through experience, specialized training and/or certification to manage the testing process as part of a project team which may include one or more of following types of testing: Unit, Integration, Functional, System, Regression, Performance, Compatibility, and User Acceptance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitates the testing process for moderately complex projects.
Supports the creation, implementation, maintenance and compliance to test policies, methodologies, standards and best practices.
Verifies, validates and/or creates the appropriate test plans, test strategies, test cases/scripts have been created, testing is completed, and results are documented for planned test projects.
Provides support on risk analysis with an emphasis on identifying, targeting and mitigating risk to the company through the testing process.
Provides training for new users of QA products
Researches, recommends, and presents information for inclusion in a process or the creation of a new process.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Quality Center automated test management tool.
