Manage, approve, or reject all raw materials, packaging materials, labeling and finished products. Monitor process controls (CCPs, Allergen Control, GMPs, Product Specifications) to ensure adherence to all food safety and quality programs. Perform Pre-Operational Inspections as required (visual inspections, swabbing). Perform sample collection and analysis for adherence to specification.

Troubleshoot and take appropriate action where necessary. Review all production records for legibility, accuracy, and completeness. Manage document control for production and quality records to ensure the most current procedure revisions are consistently utilized.

Lead and manage investigations and corrective actions as appropriate. Engage in learning and working in other areas of production as needed. Other duties as assigned by the QA Supervisor Job Requirements:

Proficiency with data entry and basic computer skills required. Must be able to lift at least 35lbs. Ability to reach, pull, push, stop and bend frequently.

Ability to stand for approximately 80% of 12-hour shift. Must be able to problem solve, show a high attention to detail and be very self-motivated Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. High school diploma or equivalent GED certificat Experience in food manufacturing facility preferred.
