Requirements Arrives to work on time in full, clean uniform

Acknowledges guests in a smiling, friendly manner

Fulfills all job responsibilities in order to contribute to a "one great shift" operation

Works directly with both BOH and FOH team members to ensure all needs are fulfilled in a timely manner

Communication with FOH and BOH team members to ensure all guest requests are accommodated

Accomplishes all running and end of shift side work; including ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for the next scheduled Q/A to take over

Ensure menu knowledge to address any server or bartender questions about the menu; including food allergy issues

Upholds specs and perfect presentation of every dish

Ensure every dish reaches guest piping hot by calling food runners

Drives ticket times while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation of work areas

Communicates any potential guest issues, team member issues and/or long ticket times to management

Maintains neat and organized work areas; to include sweeping and mopping as needed

Team Members must be 18 years of age at the time of hire

Perform under minimal supervision with accountability for specific goals and objectives; work with the department leadership and others to develop performance improvement targets for quality, service, and efficiency. Provide leadership and implement changes targeted at systems improvement; measure and evaluate results. Establish quality metrics, assess quality outcomes, develop and implement quality improvement strategies; support the accomplishment of strategic plans that achieve high impact and significant improvements in organizational performance. Apply, teach, and skillfully use techniques for system design, reengineering, outcomes measurement and statistical analysis; assure that improvement activities are documented and reported within the organization and externally as appropriate. Build and reach consensus with leadership concerning identified problem areas and purses recommended solutions to increase growth and to improve productivity; provide input on budgeting, controlling costs, planning, scheduling, and procedural change to achieve and maintain an efficient, cost-effective program; act as a change agent and coach to instill and sustain changes. Demonstrate problem solving, leadership, conflict management, and team building skills to ensure a productive work environment and achievement of goals; manage conflict at many levels of the organization; effectively lead cross functional process improvement teams; mentor and advise management on the formulation and implementation of process improvement plans. Identify opportunities to improve processes; drive workforce productivity and cost savings for the business; track, analyze and evaluate key performance indicators (KPI) and service levels; perform root cause analysis and identify potential solutions; coordinate the efforts to audit providers and their provision of contractual benefits (e.g., smoking cessation, diabetic teaching). Education/Experience: Registered Nurse or Bachelor's Degree required. Applicable Systems/Methods experience in Performance Improvement Management, project life cycle management experience; ability to quickly understand processes using established methodologies and tools; flexibility to develop new approaches for specific situations. 4 years experience designing and implementing business processes. 4-6 years related experience required. 5-8 years related experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Access; Lotus Notes; Internet; applicable managed health care/business systems. Business Analysis Knowledge: Skilled to work in a fast paced environment. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Customer Service: Skilled to communicate with all levels of management, internal and external customers; Ability to engage and influence employees (and the organization) through strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work well as a member of a team or alone. Effective Business Communication: Skilled in communicating with technical and business constituencies in writing effective business specifications and requirements. Strong Data Analysis: Skilled to maintain planning and organization across multiple projects from inception to completion; works accurately and efficiently under pressure and is self motivated. Skilled to collaborate across levels from entry-management to cross functional teams across multiple disciplines. Demonstrate leadership strength through action, experience leading with passion, high energy and focus. License/Certification: RN/MPH Degree required.
