Requirements Arrives to work on time in full, clean uniform

Acknowledges guests in a smiling, friendly manner

Fulfills all job responsibilities in order to contribute to a "one great shift" operation

Works directly with both BOH and FOH team members to ensure all needs are fulfilled in a timely manner

Communication with FOH and BOH team members to ensure all guest requests are accommodated

Accomplishes all running and end of shift side work; including ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for the next scheduled Q/A to take over

Ensure menu knowledge to address any server or bartender questions about the menu; including food allergy issues

Upholds specs and perfect presentation of every dish

Ensure every dish reaches guest piping hot by calling food runners

Drives ticket times while ensuring proper food handling and sanitation of work areas

Communicates any potential guest issues, team member issues and/or long ticket times to management

Maintains neat and organized work areas; to include sweeping and mopping as needed

Team Members must be 18 years of age at the time of hire

What we're looking for... You're tech savvy, and well-versed in all things telecommunications. Working independently suits you well. You're also thorough, vigilant, and on top of the details—someone people count on to solve problems and to make sure they don't happen in the first place. You'll need to have: * Associate's degree or two or more years of work experience. * Three or more years of relevant work experience. Even better if you have: * A four year technical degree. * Certifications such as CCENT, CCNA or CCNP. * Proficiency in at least one of the following areas: Data networking and communications, wireless technologies, digital communications, operating systems and applications, telecommunications, or power distribution. * Knowledge of data networking protocols including TCP/IP, OSI, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, BFD, SIP and other LAN/WAN protocols. * Knowledge of data transmission facilities such as 1G and 10G native Ethernet and Ethernet Backhaul. * Programming and computer skills with emphasis on applications. * Knowledge of Ericsson 4G LTE and/or 5G network elements. * Experience in Ericsson MTX, Motorola CDMA / EvDO, or Tellabs DACS platforms.
