In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring P&W's continued compliance to customer, regulatory, and UTC requirements through development and maintenance of the Quality Management System. This involves researching and writing complex material for use in Company publications or documentation to customers, partners and employees.

You will prepare concise and accurate written documentation such as procedures, and graphic materials. These duties require the ability to conduct thorough investigations and to analyze complex data and quality, business, and manufacturing processes to provide innovative approaches for resolution while ensuring compliance to applicable requirements. In addition, you will also perform varied duties in the administration of business proposals and quality plans,


  • Coordinate review of proposals/quality plans with cognizant business units to determine terms are in accordance with Company commitments and responsive to customer requirements

  • Maintain lines of communication with customer, and as required, negotiate Quality terms & conditions

  • Ensure industry standard / customer contract / regulatory requirements are flowed down to and understood by responsible units via applicable policies/procedures

  • Plan, identify and resolve gaps to Quality System, working with customers, suppliers, subject matter experts, and Program Quality

  • Support successful integration of new engine programs, business entities, and key program initiatives into the PW Management System

  • Participate and/or lead in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall Advanced Quality Systems (AQS) ACE process health

  • Assignments will include preparation of quality system documents and participation in applicable teams, and some associations external to P&W

  • Travel may be up to 10%
