Job Summary: The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization's products and/or development processes. Duties and Responsibilities :Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by implementing, monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures .Monitoring quality testing and identifying gaps in the testing, recommend and implement appropriate countermeasures & reoccurrence prevention measures .Overseeing the quality assurance team & establishing & implementing control plans in operations .Supervising and guiding inspectors, technicians, problem solving teams and other staf fTraining other employees on quality procedures .Managing quality reports and documentation .Collecting and analyzing quality assurance data & recommending action plans based operational performance data .Working with both internal and external suppliers to ensure the quality of products meet or exceed established standards .Develop and roll-out an enhanced Quality Management System .Performs quality audit sQualifications :Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant rol eThorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standard sExcellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical method sExcellent Interpersonal and communication skill sGreat attention to detail and a results driven approac hExcellent organizational and leadership abilitie sStrong attention to detail and organizational skill sCritical thinking skill sTechnical skills and comfort with databases and report generation softwar eUnderstanding of quality assurance processes and standard sLeadership and teaching skill sGood knowledge of MS Office Suite application sEducation Requirements :Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in a Technical Educational Backgroun dPreferred Six Sigma Black Bel tYears of Experience :Minimum 5 years Quality Management experienc e
