About The Position:The Quality Assurance Manager plans, directs, organizes, controls, and manages the project to ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled in an efficient and timely manner.Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Plans, directs, organizes, controls, and manages the project to ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Analyzing, reviewing, referencing, providing CSR quality control, CSR inquiry scoring
  • for the adherence of all contract quality assurance requirements.
  • Performing contract analysis and development tasks in projects, formulating, and enforcing work standards, developing schedules, reviewing work discrepancies and communicate policies, managing and controlling resources, and serving as point of contact with DHS CORs/Task Monitors.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree.
  • Two (2) years in business management or in a supervisory role, to include call center or communication center quality assurance.
  • COVID-19 vaccination unless an approved medical or religious exemption is granted.

New employees must either provide proof of vaccination or be granted a medical or religious exemption before working with Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington.</p><p>JOB SUMMARY: The Manager of Quality Assurance provides compliance and quality assurance support to Homeless and Housing Services (HHS) programs. The position conducts research; analyzes data; records and reviews case management and some programmatic standards according to best practice, contract compliance, agency, and COA standards, and assists programs with systematic implementation of practice or protocol changes required by contracts or best practice standards. The Manager of Quality Assurance works with the Director of Shelter Case Management and the Director of Quality Assurance to achieve quality standards across the entire department.</p><p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with Planning and Performance Improvement (PPI ) Department, Director of Shelter Case Management, and Director of Quality Assurance to prioritize, review, and maintain quality programmatic practice across the HHS department.</p></li><li><p>Create and maintain standardization and digital storage of programmatic and case management standards and practices across the department.</p></li><li><p>Conduct or assist with internal and external program audits, chart reviews and/or internal investigations related to unusual incidents and adherence to agency Practices &amp; Procedures (P&amp;P) or as requested by contract or funding monitors.</p></li><li><p>Work with PPI Department to monitor the utilization of unusual incident database and provide a quarterly report and develop corrective action plans as needed.</p></li><li><p>Conduct department-wide training on quality assurance, best practice and system and practice standardization across all designated programs as prioritized by the Director of Quality Assurance.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with HHS Program Directors and Managers to facilitate the quarterly Individual Service Review (ISR) process.</p></li><li><p>Ensure HHS ISRs are completed on time and following agency policies and procedures by the programs every quarter.</p></li><li><p>Assist in creating corrective action plans for Directors and Program Managers related to concerns found in the case file and program reviews. And monitor the progress of the action plans for completion.</p></li><li><p>Support the Department American Disabilities Act (ADA) Liaison for housing programs.</p></li><li><p>Provide monthly report reviews of active Reasonable Accommodation Requests from clients in assigned housing programs.</p></li><li><p>Provide guidance and technical assistance to ADA data entry staff within assigned programs.</p></li><li><p>Actively participate and support HHS Department at various Continuum of Care (COC) meetings in DC and MD.</p></li><li><p>Work with Manager of Homeless Management Information System (HIMS), Database Entry Staff and program representatives to meet programmatic expectations regarding maintenance of the HIMS and other client information database and contract reporting requirements.</p></li><li><p>Monitor HHS Training Credentials &amp; Licenses and Trainings tracker and assist Program Directors, Program Managers and Supervisors to meet contract and agency requirements. Conduct monthly audits of this tracker and develop necessary corrective actions as needed.</p></li><li><p>Attend required contract and agency training and community meetings.</p></li><li><p>Represent the Department at various internal and external committees and workgroups as assigned.</p></li><li><p>Provides weekly clinical supervision for licensed social work staff across all Permanent Housing Programs.</p></li><li><p>Maintains clinical supervision notes according to licensing regulations for District Columbia.</p></li><li><p>Coordinates, and if needed, supervises clinical internships for Permanent Housing Programs.</p></li></ul><p>EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:</p><ul><li><p>Masters degree in Human/Social Services, Public Health or related field.</p></li><li><p>Social work degrees, social work licensure in the appropriate jurisdiction is required.</p></li><li><p>Professional Counseling degrees, professional counseling licensure in appropriate jurisdiction is required.</p></li><li><p>Experience working in program quality assurance position, contract monitor and/or program performance and planning improvement specialist.</p></li><li><p>3 years providing clinical supervision to human services workers.</p></li></ul><p>SKILLS and COMPETENCIES:</p><ul><li><p>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).</p></li><li><p>Ability to make objective decisions timely and effectively.</p></li></ul> Catholic Charities Of The Archidiocese Of Washington Washington DC
