Quality Assurance Manager

Salary: $90,000 - $105,000/yr.

Schedule: 8am- 5pm, Monday- Friday

Responsibilities:

• Support quality and continuous improvement strategies, programs, and procedures.
• Assist the Plant Manager with quality-related issues and concerns.
• Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to analyze production data.
• Maintain CPAR quality reporting and ensure follow-through on issues.
• Implement continuous improvement activities related to product quality.
• Conduct feasibility and Factory Acceptance Testing for new launch projects.
• Act as a liaison for product quality, providing technical solutions to customers.
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 standards and internal quality requirements.
• Supervise Quality Technicians and Inspectors while supporting validation activities.
• Participate in internal audits, maintain SOPs, and support regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Quality Manager in a manufacturing environment
• Working with ISO 9001/TS-16949 Compliance
• Progressive quality control experience
• At least 1-3 years of experience in distribution or warehousing operations
