As a Quality Assurance Manager within PNC's TCOE organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Columbus, OH.

This position also offers the opportunity to work remotely from home.

The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:

a. Strong people management skills, 3- 5 years experience

b. Basic test automation skills, selenium and karate frameworks a plus

c. Experience managing a team of full time employees and contractors

d. Experience managing Agile teams

e. Experience testing distributed and mainframe applications

f. Banking industry experience a plus

Job Description

  • Manages the development and implementation of plans for inspecting, testing, and evaluating software product functions and features.

  • Oversee and develop product QA and test plans for each phase of the development cycle.

  • Plans all resources and schedules for functional and performance QA work. Oversees the selection of the QA and testing tool-kit. Supports the overall QA strategy for the team.

  • Tracks, reports-on, and works towards improvement of quality assurance metrics, tools, and processes.

  • Oversees performance of individual team members and team as a whole. Identifies and addresses staff training and development needs.

1.COMPENSATION

Base Salary: $65,000 to $187,450

Where a person is paid in the compensation range is aligned to their experience and skills. Placement within the compensation range is based on the specific role and the following factors:

  • Lower in range

  • Building skills and experience in the job

  • Within the range-Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

  • Higher in range

  • Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

  • Compensation Range may vary based on Geographic Location

2.INCENTIVE

Role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and individual performance.

As a Quality Analyst Sr within the Commercial Lending - QC Originations group, your primary responsibility will be performing quality reviews of our commercial loans as well as reviewing complex transactions and related documents, verifying work processes to ensure completeness and accuracy.
