They are currently seeking a talented and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in ensuring the excellence of our aerospace products. Job Summary: The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee and manage the QA department to ensure all products meet both internal and external quality standards.

This position will be responsible for leading quality management systems (QMS), implementing industry best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace manufacturing, a deep understanding of regulatory standards, and exceptional leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management: Lead and manage the QA team, ensuring effective implementation of quality systems and processes. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.

Provide guidance, coaching, and training to QA team members. Quality Management Systems (QMS): Develop, implement, and maintain the company's QMS in compliance with aerospace industry standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001). Ensure proper documentation, auditing, and record-keeping practices. Lead internal and external audits, addressing any non-conformance issues promptly.

Product Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of all aerospace products, from design through manufacturing and delivery. Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes to eliminate defects and prevent recurrence. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products and processes comply with FAA, EASA, and other relevant aerospace regulatory requirements.

Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and implement changes as required. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for process improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced product quality.

Analyze quality metrics, trends, and performance data to recommend and implement improvements. Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.

Perform supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ CQE) is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance management within the aerospace industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Knowledge: Deep understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes, regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA), and quality standards (AS9100, ISO 9001). Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Expertise in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency with quality management software and tools (e.g., Minitab, SAP). Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and supply chain teams.
