Quality Assurance Manager

Quality Assurance Manager We are searching for a Quality Assurance Manager for a food manufacturing plant. This roles oversees all plant Food Safety and Quality programs and systems for the plant.

Quality Assurance training and cultural development for the plant. Works cross-functionally with all departmental managers and the plant senior leadership team on such programs and training. The company offers above average compensation, bonus and has outstanding benefits.

Ideal candidates will have the following: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Quality as a Manager or Supervisor in a Food Manufacturing Plant SQF Practitioner, HACCP and PCQI certified Strong skills in communication, problem solving, decision-making, prioritizing work, and organization. Experience with leading audits Servant leadership style Location: Reno, Nevada
